Lumad is a social media management platform operated by BeSmart.ai. These terms govern your use of the platform. By creating an account or using Lumad you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Organisation owners control roles and permissions for their team and are responsible for their team's use of the platform.
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Lumad the rights needed to store, process, and publish that content to the platforms you connect, on your instructions. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and for complying with each social platform's terms.
Where you upload or connect data about other people (audience messages, comments, recipient lists, lead data), you act as the controller of that data and Lumad processes it on your instructions. You confirm that:
You may not use Lumad to send spam or unconsented marketing, to publish unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to breach the security or isolation of the platform.
Feature usage consumes credits according to your plan. Credits have no cash value.
We work to keep Lumad available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update the platform and these terms; material changes will be notified in the platform and require your renewed acceptance.
You may stop using Lumad and request deletion of your account and data at any time from Settings, Privacy & Data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. On deletion, your data is removed according to the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, Lumad is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or content published to third-party platforms on your instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Saudi law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
